Troubleshooting

ISSUE CAUSE REMEDY
With the main switch in position 1 or 2 the machine fails to start. 1. The plug is inserted incorrectly in the mains socket.
2. Internal electrical connections may be damaged.
3. On-rotor brushes may be worn or glued.		 1. Check that the plug is properly
inserted.
2 - 3. Contact an Authorised Service Centre.
The cleaning machine works but
not at full efficiency.		 1. Overheated stator windings. 1. Contact an Authorised Service Centre.
The cleaning machine is noisy. 1. Rotor bearings worn. 1. Contact an Authorised Service Centre.
Excessive vibration. 1. Brushes positioned incorrectly. 1. Remove the brushes from the
brush holders and insert them correctly.
Replace them if necessary.
