1. Not enough sand in
recycle tank.
2. Nozzle inserted
incorrectly in holder. |
1. Introduce more sand into the tank.
2. Remove the holder, extract the nozzle until
it protrudes by 5 mm. |
Air and sand not
delivered. |
1. Nozzle on handpiece is
clogged.
2. Selector switch in
intermediate position. |
1. Unscrew nozzle and clean with
compressed air.
2. Turn the selector switch until you hear a
gentle ‘click’. |
Only air is delivered,
no abrasive.. |
1. The dosing nozzle in the
tank is clogged.
2. The filters in the tanks
are clogged.
3. Abrasive is impure, damp
or of a particle size
unsuitable for the tank. |
1-2. Disconnect the machine from the
compressed air. Disconnect the 2 hoses from
the cylinder (air inlet, sand outlet). Remove
and empty the sand from the tank. Blow plenty
of air into the 2 hoses until they are unclogged.
Refit the tank and then reconnect the two
hoses (air inlet, sand outlet).
3. Replace the abrasive: check that the
particle size is suitable for the tank. |
The apparatus
continues
sandblasting. |
1. The valve on the foot
control switch is faulty. |
1. Replace the foot control switch.
