ZA-OT 38 is a bi-component (base and catalyst) silicone rubber which vulcanizes at room temperature

Dosage and mixing

The product is contained in a cartridge which allows the measurement and mixing of the two components of the product with the use of a dispenser and mixing tips.
Hardening occurs in about 3’30” at about 35° C.
4 minutes after extrusion, it is possible to extract the model from the ear canal.
The exact 1 : 1 proportions are respected by the particular packaging system.
The preparation is not considered dangerous under the Directive 67/548/EEC and subsequent amendments.

Conservation

The ZA-OT 38 is guaranteed for a period of 24 months if correctly conserved between 5° - 27°C (41° - 80°F).
