ZC P025 (25 ShA)

ZC P025 is an bi-component a condensation cured RTV silicone rubber which vulcanizes at room temperature. The material is characterised by initial smoothness during the working phase, relative final hardness after hardening and adequate elasticity when removing the product to duplicate.

Restoration due to its precision in reproduction and the possibility to carry out vertical casts as the product is a non-pour paste

Dosage and mixing

Weigh the ZCAT G03 catalyst at 3% in weight compared to the mixture and knead energetically until reaching a colour tonality which is homogeneous and without streaks.

Use

Carefully lay out the mixed mass until all the details of the object to be duplicated have been filled. Hardening takes about 16 hours. The silicone rubber in question is compatible with all plasters, coatings, polyurethane resins and acrylic resins.

The preparation is not considered dangerous according to Directive 67/548/EEC and subsequent amendments.

Conservation

The ZC P025 is guaranteed for a period of 24 months if correctly conserved between 5° - 27°C (41° - 80°F). Close the bottles after use, do not invert the caps or the lids between base and catalyst.
