TRANSPARENT XTX 45 (45 ShA)

TRANSPARENT XTX 45 is an RTV silicone rubber for two-component addition (base and catalyst) that vulcanises at room temperature.

The main properties of the vulcanised product are:

  • high chemical resistance to aggressive components of some types of resins
  • good tear strength (this feature ensures higher resistance to wearing and shearing)
  • high degree of precision in reproduction
  • high dimensional stability over time and  non-deformability
  • high resistance to high temperatures and ageing
  • excellent non-stick effect

Important notes

The exact proportion of 10 : 1 (part A/part B) must be respected to obtain the correct times and so as not to alter the final features of the product. The surfaces that the material comes into contact with must be thoroughly clean, grease-free and dry.

Safety data Sheets

The prepared substance is not considered dangerous under Directive 88/379/EEC and subsequent amendments.

Storage

TRANSPARENT XTX 45 is guaranteed for a period of 12 months if stored correctly between 5° - 27°C (41° - 80°F).
Close vials after use, do not invert part A and part B caps or covers.
